he Fibre IRS dSCR GTU converts an optical signal into a Unicable signal.
The both outputs can be used as a Legacy and / or as a SCR Unicable.
The following combinations are possible:
- 2 x Legacy
- 1 x Legacy + 1 x SCR
- 2 x SCR
The system is able to use the SCR-(EN 50494) and also the JESS-Standard (EN 50607).

The terrestrial signal is also available on both port, if feeded in via an ODU 32 unit.
The IRS dSCR GTU can be used with a Fibre LNB or with the IRS ODU 32 Kit.
